I always try to go back and give another chance. Just got the brand new jalapeño popper sandwich and it looks like they dropped it on the floor and scooped it back up and threw it on a bun. What a sad world we live in. They have one job, make a good sandwich, nope, can’t do it! Can’t wait for robots to take over. Two stars cause they are nice there, they just can’t make a sandwich.

It doesn't even deserve a Star!! They couldn't even get one order right on my 5 items. Two of which were salads! Who messes up salads!!! Well they do. You would think the avacado southwest salad would have something else than just lettuce and a slice of chicken. Yay it should! Another remark is that this is a fast food so why was it not even a fast walk. Literally we sat at the order window for 5 minutes, they had no one inside and no one infront of us. Anyway we got the food and it was wrong I had tomatoes on sandwiches not wanting tomato and bacon not on a bacon burger. So we go in the doors are locked we banged on the window and the janitor let's us in. We go up to them and wait another 5 minutes. Finally someone walks over and we ask for the manager. Another 5 minutes and the manager comes out, she looks stoned. And we say our whole order is wrong I want a refund. So she gives us a refund. She doesn't looked surprised or say sorry or say anything to her subordinates. This PLACE should be closed it is a waste. It's an embarrassment to Wendy's and to Fast Food. I have never been so sad and upset and mad at one time. A disappointment.

Entry doors are locked with drive thru access only. No decency to place a sign on the doors… except for the one that says wear a mask… even though we won’t let you in.

I don't think I'll be returning to this Wendy's. I went in today to eat and the guy up front was fine, but while I was ordering the workers behind him we're having a loud conversation with a bunch of course words. I got my food and ate, then I went back up to ask for a bag and about one worker walked past me while on the phone, and three more just looked at me and continued their conversation. I stood there for about two minutes before the guy who originally took my order came back to the counter. After I got the bag I heard him say "One of y'all could have helped her".

Half or no stars would be appropriate. Employee claimed to have a closed dining room, no such sign was posted, yet another man who was African American (I am white) was permitted to enter and leave the store with a drink caddie. Perhaps this is an individual employee’s idea of civil rights reparations but I find this act of “customer service” reprehensible. I merely wanted to wash my hands yet was met with reverse racism. Congratulations Wendy’s on you remarkable hiring practices and quality team members.

Bought the Dave double that tasted very bland. I rate it as a Average burger at an above average price. Nothing special. Go to Five guys for a better tasting burger and fries.

I have been to other Wendys in New York County's and the City and the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in Chester New York. Poor services and the manager has an attitude. 🤨

This place is the complete opposite of fast food. There is no urgency with helping customer . It took 20 mins to have someone help us so we could order. This place is terrible. Don’t come here unless you have a weeks worth of vacation to burn.
