Delicious authentic food, excellent service and takeaway arrived promptly! Would definately recommend to anyone who's looking a quick delicious takeaway. The food was piping hot, flavoursome with generous quantities.
This is our favourite Indian restaurant in Colchester but with 3 young kids we don't get to eat out very often so we were so happy when they started doing delivery. Delivery time could be slow when it's busy but it's certainty worth the wait. Delicious food every time. We've never had a bad meal from here.
Alishan Tandoori is one of the best Indian Takeaway in the Colchester Area. All I order from an Indian restaurant or a takeaway is Pilau Rice and Lamb Madras and Alishan makes the best one in Colchester. I have never been let down by them. Their takeaway service is quick and reliable. I highly recommend Alishan Tandoori in Colchester.
The food was absolutely delicious. The lamb curry, chicken curry and the kebabs were very tasty, cooked excellently to perfection. I loved the foods very much. They are probably the best food place in this town now.
Really good tasty food. Arrived half an hour earlier than expected so delivery time was 40mins & not the 70mins originally advised - totally expected when ordering at peak times of a weekend though so not a negative point to my review. Only downside is that the order arrived with an incorrect dish but this was rectified very efficiently. Staff helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This is my go to place when I'm with my friends, we all enjoy heading to here because we know the menu will offer a combination we haven't had before as well as the option of classic dishes people like and are familiar with in Indian restaurants!
Poppadoms and onion bhajis are gluten free which adds to the appeal! :)

Definitely one of the better curry/Asian food restaurants in Colchester. Service was great and the prices are good. Found the food a little oily (yes I know it is Asian food), however it was pretty good. Have been several times and would go again.
