I was served by a wonderful person tonight called Imogen. She absolutely made my day. She was helpful, caring and gave the best customer service. Well done Subway on finding such a great member of staff
I recently visited the Stanway Subway and received exceptional service from Connor. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and enthusiastically guided me through the menu. Connor's attention to detail while preparing my customised sandwich was impressive. Despite being the only staff member serving customers during a busy rush, he remained composed and provided friendly service to every customer. I highly recommend visiting Subway and being served by Connor.

Jamie (his first day on the job) & Rory made my Mum the best footlong/baguette she’s ever had, I had a bite & it was unbelievable, these guys are not Subway chefs, they’re wizards……highly recommend!!!

Been in a couple of times while visiting. Great food, friendly staff although they could do with having more staff on can get very busy at times. Can always guarantee a smile with and laugh with the girls Kelly, Louise, and Sharon. Will definitely be back soon. Keep up the good work.
I would like to recommend this place, as I went today and although very busy the young man serving was pleasant, professional and in control of the constant phone calls whilst serving everyone with such politeness. Very impressed
I went into today the workers were really quick and welcoming especially one of the workers named kesia she was really polite and welcoming and had the biggest smile on her face and made me feel comfortable would definitely recommend coming here.
