77 Bar & Grill

I went to the 77 Bar and Grill to watch a friend's band play. It was roomy enough, and there is a smoking area outside that is covered and is supposed to be heated but it wasn't. The sound was really good with the Acoustics in the room. I did not order any food while I was there, but I did hear from some of the people that I was speaking to that their food is very good.

Great food. I had the taco salad, my husband had the steak special and my daughter had the pulled pork fries. Everything was good tasting with good portion size. Waitress took good care of us but could have been a bit friendlier. Lot and restaurant were clean. We have always enjoyed occasionally stopping here and will continue.

Sunday afternoon went to see my friends play Forever Onward . 77 Bar & Grill, great service friendly staff, good food & even better adult beverages. Nice little powered QSC sound system. Had a really good day in Dover . Nice Venue! All you musicians in the Akron area, Dover /New Philly has a real live music scene. Go √√ it out.

Not very busy on Friday nights not sure why but that goes with any bar I've been to in the past 4 to 5 yrs .now on Saturdays this place is hoppin just call to see if there a band first .if there is then get going there's plenty of room for almost any crowd.or party and they are remodeling but that shouldn't sto the fun you'll have here.

FABRICATED BILL I had an open tab here. I accompanied a friend for his smoke outside. I returned within 5-7 minutes. My tab had been closed out without my having the chance to see the bill or add a tip. I was worried about the tip, so I added a substantial cash tip to my last drink which I ordered with cash. Two weeks later, the charge came through as "$50" even. They had added a tip as they saw fit. They ultimayely collected between $20-30 in tip for 5 bottled beers and a basket of luke warm chicken tenders without my input or choice. As opposed to disputing the charge, I will simply never again return to this bar. That night I had more-than tripled their business with my group in company. Never again. As well, I will dedicate efforts to deterring anyone within my massive pool of family, friends, and acquantances in Tuscarawas County from ever going there. They had a meager turnout on the biggest sports-bar night of the year. I expect these turnouts will continue to decrease.
