I was up north the last few days and the best greggs I've been to for a long time. The bacon roll and coffee was excellent and the staff were really pleasant and happy to see you 😎😎😎

App to order takeaway breakfast baps let me down on Saturday morning, however, at the last minute, having spoken to Louis over the telephone to explain what happened, he came to the rescue and made up EIGHT breakfast rolls just after 6am in time for me to collect for my colleagues which saved the day... and all with a smile, Louis you are a credit to the company. Thank you for coming to my rescue at such short notice!! :)

Good Gregg's however like most that have sit in options, they could do with staff cleaning down tables and sweeping floors as they seem to never get cleaned

Excellent for a bite to eat and drink. Lovely range of sandwiches,pasties and cakes. Hot and cold drinks too. Wonderful customer service and friendly staff. Clean and tidy in the shop too.

Greggs Washington shop ... always friendly and helpful staff, products good tasting and consistent. Prices a little dear and notably getting steadily dearer ! All in all value for money.
Note: paper carrier bag handles far too frequently give way resulting in having to pick the contents off the ground (good job they are individually wrapped, need to sort this out.
