The Loft Lounge & Bar

Firday nights DJ was excellent, and I can justifiably say this because I am a DJ. He read the crowd perfectly, played a good choice of music at the right time and in the right order to keep a really good atmosphere even when the numbers thinned out after 1am. The venue itself is well kept, pleasant and has a good atmosphere, with capable attentive barstaff who seem to always know who's turn it is, and are quick and efficient. Overall a good night and 5 stars as a guy, but if you're a lady, do not go there alone and stick to your group, a couple of the girls I was with were a little drunk and there were several "ethnic" guys who were very quick to prey on them if they became separated from the group for even a few moments. Some of the approaches were very explicit and the approach quite aggressive, even after we intervened they were quite hard to get rid of.
