Very nice bar with a great ambience and good service. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t to my taste. I tried the chicken with mushroom sauce, but I could barely taste any mushroom. It was more like a generic meat-style sauce on top of the chicken. Overall, the sauce and flavour just didn’t work for me.

Welcoming, quick service, clean and great atmosphere. Nicest cocktails I had in Edinburgh and the steak pie was delicious. It would be good to have the choice of mash as an alternative to chips. They have live bands each evening but we came to eat early evening.
