What a really great place for grab and go meal! It serves everything that you want for brunch or lunch. I came here and ordered their Fish & Chips and kebab. For the fish and chips, God it came in a HUGE portion. The chips were in a generous portion also. Really worth the price. And the Turkish Style Chicken kebab! Oh it was heaven. The salad and the chicken were generous. I do really love the taste and the spicyness of it. Definitely wanting more!
The staffs were very friendly and definitely coming back to try their legendary Deep Fried Mars Bar.

Absolutely delicious Fish and chips! It was recommended by a delivery man around the corner and it didn’t disappoint !! The fish was. Crispy on the outside and flaky and tender on the inside. The chips with a Hint of vinegar are perfect ! And the prime location makes it even better! I definitely recommend eyes Closed

Deffo better than the last Edinburgh chippy experience (see Berties) these lads sorted me a decent battered sausage and chips with a battered Mars bar.

Pizza was loaded and delicious. Service is quick. It's a small takeaway joint, open till late. Though the brown sauce was not as good, chips were good. They also have mars bar fritters, people who prefer sweet would like.

The most delicious haggis I’ve eaten here in Edinburgh and the slice of pizza was delicious. The chai was perfect given the weather…me being a visiting Kenyan I felt the love. Thank you

We found this welcoming little take out joint when in Edinburgh on our first night during the Fringe festival...all the restaurants and eateries closed but Castle Rock was serving up the burgers, fries, kebobs and fish to all the Old Town hungry world wanderers and locals well into the wee hours. We were grateful for the smile and great take out on our empty travellers stomachs. 🙏👍👍👍👍👍 Its bussin!

This place is amazing! We LOVED the fried pizza, mozzarella sticks, pizza and Mars Bars! The owners and staff were so kind to our son. Visit and tell them Charlie sent you!

God, the deep fried Mars bar is absolutely amazing. You know, given the temperatures, wind and drizzle in the Scottish summer AND given that those guys are open up to midnight, this dessert is a blessing

It is a very small fish and chips shop. It seem to be a more familiar place. Dont expect luxury furniture here. The prices are fair for around 8£ and the taste is very good. The fish was made fresh in front of us and this show that this shop is not selling you any fish which stands since some days. You can have a seat inside and enjoy your fish and chips. The staff was very friendly and the location is wonderful. I guess its the only fish and chips store at the grass Market. I would recommend everyone to come here and after that you can visit one the pubs around the place. It was definitely one of the best fish and chips I had in Edinburgh
