What a fabulous experience. Couldn't recommend it enough. You must try it, but need to book. The Pullman lounge first class was amazing.

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea on the Orient Express only surpassed by the super friendly knowledgeable efficient attentive staff . The tasty delicious fare was of excellent quality and value for money, beautifully served and presented. The atmosphere was unique and relaxing, no pressure and no rush to vacate. Importantly the toilet facilities were extremely well maintained, exceptionally clean and tidy. The lovely staff were smartly turned out in the style of the Orient Express which made for a unique experience, the decor in the “Carriage “ was eye catching and in period. Overall a wonderful experience. It’s the people that make the difference, service with a smile and attention to detail was “First Class “ as you would expect on a prodigious Railway Train.

A very unique experience, having a light high tea while watching the scenery go by through the 'windows'. A great atmosphere for a catch up with friends.

Fantastic experience, we felt so welcome from the minute we entered the building, the decor is beautiful. They even accommodated my daughters wheelchair too, it was just perfect. Cannot thank the servers enough for their hospitality. Our whole day was amazing thank you 💗

Two of us had a magical afternoon on the Orient express. Their pastries are the best I have ever tasted, so light and flaky they melt in your mouth. And their scones were wonderful too, they floated off the plate. The atmosphere and experience reflects it is family owned. So special. Our table was late becoming available, the owner apologised profusely and we were given an extension for our table booking which more than made up for the delay. Well recommended

This venue is very charming welcoming. Even if you are not a fan of afternoon tea this is well worth a visit. Great selection of sandwiches freshly made to order along with pastries, cakes and scones. Coffees, teas and drinks widely available. The owners and staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Prices very reasonable. Sitting in the elegant surroundings and dressing for the occasion makes everyone feel special. Highly recommended.

Our afternoon tea here was a lovely, relaxing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a vegetarian option, a choice of selection of the finger sandwiches, choice of fruit or plain scone and a selection of teas. We watched a winter scene of a train journey through Switzerland as we sat and enjoyed our afternoon tea. The food was deliscious and just the right amount. We all agreed its one of the nicest afternoon teas we've had.
