In the city centre, very close to the bus and train station, and bus stop if you need airport (line N22) Perfect location, because its in the centre, but in a smole alley, so no noise. Very secure with modern locks, provide for you everything you need to feel like home.. Upstairs only two rooms (both with a bathroom) share lounge with Tv, and very well equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, owen, kettle, enough kitchen utensils) Everything spotless clean, bathroom, bedding, towels.. Bed very comfortable,.. Im really pleasant surprised, and if I come again in Edinburgh, i wish to stay here.. And recommend everyone!!

Very nice apartment very spacious very clean and very good location not far away from the city center and the bus station with good connection to the bus for the airport the property is in a little quiet street the only problem not enough light in the night we stayed on the top floor they were only 2 big bedrooms with separate big very clean bathrooms there is a big very well occupied Kitchen and a big lounge with a good size dining table and 2 sofas and TV we stayed in the Russian room it was a good size room with a very big double bed and massive TV and a little dressing table in the corner very clean and the towels smeld really good the only problem is the bathroom is in the other side of the apartment you need to pass through the kitchen and lounge to go to the bathroom is definitely 4 star apartment and I definitely go there again very satisfying
