Hey Palu is a must visit for seriously good cocktails, great service and an all round good vibe. They clearly really care about making outstanding drinks and each time I've visited I've been really impressed. Their house martini is especially delightful, served right out the freezer with truffle olives and olive oil on the side. I also love that they do a whisky of the month - something very interesting that you might not find anywhere. When I visited last it was Benriach 16. I look forward to my next visit when I'm in Edinburgh again!
Beautiful cocktail bar with some small Italian plates to keep you drinking. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable and the drinks were inventive and delicious. We could have stayed there for hours trying the various cocktails.
What a fabulous time we had here last night! A proper girl's catch-up with the most delicious cocktails. The barmen were so helpful and friendly and obviously, really talented at making the best drinks. I woke up making a plan to head back soon!
