Paid a visit to this place while in Edinburgh, fantastic place, staff are very friendly and helpful if you need some local advice. Plus the cake was excellent and coffee lovely. Would highly recommend you pay this place a visit.

Very good cappuccino, friendly staff. Only thing that lets it down is the takeaway cups aren’t eco friendly.

I went with my grandchildren and daughter in law for coffee. As the children had cold drinks, us adults enjoyed a latte and cappuccino, I had the cappuccino and it was the BEST I have ever had. My daughter in law said the same about her latte. We will go back when we are in Edinburgh again.

Probably the best coffee spot within running distance of Waverley station. I always forget how to get to this cafe and sometimes panic thinking it’s been replaced by Costa (which is in a similar location but 100m down the road). It’s tucked under the roof of the shopping mall next to the station. And is closest to the Balmoral hotel. It’s easy to miss! They go great coffee and a few tasty pastries. I had an iced latte that I could grab and go to catch a train. Staff are friendly and very knowledgable about the coffee they serve. Interiors are fresh and cool. Lots of plywood and bright lighting.

Would have been 5 star but for a coach tour getting there just before us and hogging all the available stuff. Lovely tea and cake.

Definitely one of the best and most convenient coffee shops in Edinburgh. Just on top of Waverly Mall, it's perfect for stopping by after the morning train into town. For quality and location, the price isn't too bad either, for sure one of my favourite coffee spots.

Two lattes and two cakes was about £12 and it was well spent. Lattes were nice, and the cakes were gorgeous. Had the carrot cake and a black forest cinnamon swirl and both of them were so tasty, the swirl was huge! Will be coming back here next time I'm in Edinburgh :)

Great long black coffee. Great venue (and location). Helpful service. Quite mediocre croissant though - about equivalent of buying one from Sainsbury’s.
