Nice environment and nice place to eat out. Very friendly staff however I felt they may have been understaffed (not their fault) food was amazing and tasty.
Pizza is my favourite and would recommend magraita or the ham mushroom &mascapone pizza.

Had a fabulous evening here for a birthday meal. Even though we hadn’t booked and they were very busy, the lovely lady got us a table. Service was great and attentive. The food lasagne, pizza and Madeira chicken were all absolutely delicious. The Restaurant is so pretty and also clean and comfortable. Definitely our new fav in hailsham. Thank you ladies.

Food was good waiter was lovely, however there was quite a wait for food (about 45 minutes). They were very busy and I was in a large group so ut was understandable.

Superb! What a difference from our previous visit over a year ago when we vowed never to go back. New management, new staff and a revitalised menu. Will now make it a regular treat. Food was fabulous and good value.

Birthday lunch for a friend, I had not been in for years because of 2 bad experiences, bad service and bad food so wasn’t expecting much, was happily suprised😁new manager, service was great, food great will definitely go again

We were a walk-in and we’re immediately seated in a great seat. We were honestly shocked at how bad these reviews were when we checked.
Ella was absolutely fabulous as a waitress!!! Handled my change in order incredible well and was great at answering my questions. A wonderful server. Very attentive and helpful. I didn’t have to wait for drinks or anything.
Food was Ok, what you would expect from Prezzo so definitely can’t complain.

We find Hailsham at best average, 3 stars. However, our grandchildren love it, always ask to go back here and give it 5 stars!
