Heartbreaking to see this iconic store preparing to close forever. When I was a little girl it was a treat to be taken to Debenhams on a Saturday, especially if it involved tea and cake in their restaurant or the purchase of a special party outfit.

Plenty of stock, good discounts, toilets and restaurant to make your shopping experience pleasant and satisfying. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in the restaurant didn't work and it was too hot in the hot summer day

Sad days as the doors will close forever. But still some random bargains to be had. Worth dropping in for a final.look.

The new restaurant Dills is excellent. Really helpfully staff and lovely food. The fish and chips were the best I have eaten for a long time. Five stars. Customer Care was also exceptional as the young lady on the first was very helpful and kind. She went all the way downstairs to find out the stairs to find out the price. Thank you for all your help.

Picked up a few sale items for presents ect.always loved shopping in Debenhams in various towns. Sad to see this go, staff were always so lovely. I wish them all the best for the future.

Debenhams has always been a store that I can rely on to get gifts, clothes, homewear and much more.
Sadly it is closing down for good. The closing down sales have been great. Well worth going to. Due to close nationwide for good very soon.
Harrow will never be the same without Debenhams.

So just been turned away at Debenhams in Harrow. Tried to enter at 15:50 (store closes at 16:30). Apparently queues are so long at tills that it has resulted in a 2.5 hour wait time. It did feel as if the worker at the door was just regurgitating bull, if the store is observing social distancing rules limiting the number of customers in store with a 1 in 1 out policy then I can’t see how it can result in a 2.5 hour wait time at all the tills. Unless the store is not observing the rules ?
