We came into store yesterday to buy an apartment mirror.There were none on show asked a member of staff who offered to look out the back couldn't see one looked on line which gave us an option.We had bought a clock and while waiting to pay he came and found us he had found just what we wanted and put it by the til as it was heavy. what a star he was thank you so much just perfect

This review is for “Miche” who we had the pleasure in meeting at Hastings branch. You are an absolute credit to Dunelm - you are professional, funny, welcoming, totally got our vibe (even down to the glue) 😀 you literally went above and beyond for us and made our “net curtain” experience (which could of been tragic) into the most positive encounter and totally made our Sunday morning….no more nosey neighbours!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Miche….you rock!!!!!!!!!

Love, love love this shop. Could spend ££££££ to my husbands dismay!! My friend and I had a small lunch and had a wander around. Always a good experience 😀
