We came into store yesterday to buy an apartment mirror.There were none on show asked a member of staff who offered to look out the back couldn't see one looked on line which gave us an option.We had bought a clock and while waiting to pay he came and found us he had found just what we wanted and put it by the til as it was heavy. what a star he was thank you so much just perfect

You are an absolute credit to Dunelm - you are professional, funny, welcoming, totally got our vibe (even down to the glue) 😀 you literally went above and beyond for us and made our “net curtain” experience (which could of been tragic) into the most positive encounter and totally made our Sunday morning….no more nosey neighbours!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Miche….you rock!!!!!!!!!

Went in to buy some curtains. Came out with curtains, two pictures, box shelves, ornaments for the shelves, two towels, oven gloves, a doormat and a roasting tin.
Great coffee! Had a pumpkin spice, so nice! Also, it's rather surprising what they keep in store: I needed some foam for a furniture project, thought "wonder where I can get some cut to correct size?" Whilst visiting Dunelm, to my astonishment, they had the exact item, already cut to my requirements! Really like this shop, so many lovely things to soft furnish your home with and so much more, besides! And, oh yes, the prices are very competitive, too! Love it!
Very helpful friendly staff. They have some good reductions. Enjoyed our coffee, cake and bacon bap in the Pausa café.
Fantastic Dunelm store, huge selection of products even when compared to other Dunelm stores, so definitely the best we've been to.. highly recommended. 👌
