I'm gluten and dairy free so it's hard to find places to eat when I'm out. This place was fantastic! I was shown what I could have, and went doe the tags as they use corn and make them fresh so they what's in them.
Friendly atmosphere and awesome staff, have been back a few Times and always a pleasure.

Little Mexico was recommended by a friend so we went for lunch. It smelled wonderful from outside. Lovely little place. Got a seat in the window. Coco is very enthusiastic about his menu and service. We chose a mixed platter with two tacos, two burritos and nachos. Washed down with a cold beer. We managed to incorporate all the different filling options in our meal. All we're tasty, authentic and filling. We finished with churros which were fab too. All round lovely lunch, great place, good staff. We will be back.

Glad I found this place on my day out today. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food and drink was delicious. I had the beef brisket burrito with a side of guacamole. To drink I had the refresher, which is made from cucumber and pineapple.

First time at Little Mexico and we loved it. Started with cocktails and then shared the Classic Platter with our choice of fillings for the Burritos and Tacos. Fantastic food and service and couldn't eat it all so brought 2 burritos home for lunch today. Will be back and also given us another take out option for food in Hexham.

If I could give more than 5* I would. Absolutely the best Mexican I have been to in the UK. Really nice atmosphere with nice restaurant area and lovely authentic decor. Owner is a really nice and chatty guy who seems keen to do anything he can to make the visit great. Was super flexible with dietary options and explained the whole menu to us and gave his recommendations. Food was really quick and tasted absolutely amazing. Can’t praise it high enough! If you’re in town.. definitely worth a visit!

The best Mexican food around and the owners are very friendly, which creates a great atmosphere.
We visited on a Thursday afternoon, there were plenty of seats and decor is really cool. Prices are reasonable for authentic Mexican produce.
Update: since our initial review we’ve been back quite a few times and it has never been short of amazing, both the service and food are top quality. Genuinely a gem of a place.
