Cottage Inn Pizza

The food is always good. They were having trouble with their Facebook login to accounts and I wanted to use some rewards. I emailed customer service but they are not available til business hours m-f so I messaged them on FB. They responded quickly and told me to call the store so they could look up my account. They were so kind and helpful, which is honestly rare these days. They even made sure I got the best deal possible. The food ALWAYS comes WELL before expected too. I highly recommend. In this time where "fast food" service and food has been awful, cottage inn Holt is like the industry used to be and should be. I highly recommend and appreciate the workers.

In the last few months I have tried 3 different Cottage Inn locations and this place was the best. I ordered a family deal at 3:35pm on Saturday, I was told that it would be 35min. until my order was ready but I got the order in just 20min. The workers during this shift were friendly, upbeat, accommodating, and very professional. The pizza quality was great, and the SALAD LOOKED JUST LIKE AN ADVERTISEMENT, I was impressed because the salads at the other locations were wimpy. This was my first time ordering from this location and I will return, great job!

Fast, accurate orders. I ordered online. In the comments I asked that they thoroughly bake a deep dish pizza Detroit-style & they did what they were asked 🤯 After the height of the pandemic I found that take orders are generally filled in a sloppy, incomplete fashion (stuff not packed, wrong stuff packed, etc.) - not here. Super professional! Will start tipping ahead, here only, so far.

We live very close to this location and get delivery at least once a week. Delivery is prompt and very kind. Our orders aren’t always perfect, but the love and care is absolutely there. They do their best to offer great food, quickly. We usually use the app, but when my family was sick and the app was misbehaving - calling in they took extra excellent care of us. Love the change to offer icing for the cinnamon sticks in a cup! This makes it better to reheat and my mom, 80, enjoys them as leftovers more than before. Thank you for always delivering on good food and service. We appreciate you!
