Enjoyed a wonderful birthday meal with my family yesterday.Lovely food,nice pint and friendly staff.Would definetely recommend and well worth visiting again
Food was delish! We had the duck starter to share which could rival the best Chinese! The four of us in the party all had something different and all throughly enjoyed each meal. We all said we would have what the other ate too. Great service and friendly staff.
Visited on a Saturday night for a joint birthday meal for my wife and her brother. A deposit was needed in advance as it was a large table but this was taken off the bill. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious as usual. We had starters and mains and then took our own birthday cakes which the staff were more than happy to prepare and light the candles before bringing over to us. They also provided plates and knives for us to eat the cake.
Great service, friendly staff and food was spot on. My son said the Korean BBQ pork was the best thing he had ever had. There was a slight problem with the mains order but rectified very quickly, we were quite a large table so just a small mistake considering everything else was fantastic.
My son had a perfect 16th birthday and we will definitely be back.

I dined here for my friends birthday. The food was delicious! The drinks were wonderful too. The styling is just stunning and the atmosphere was great! The service was just a tad slow (asking for next drink, the bill etc) but I would definitely return! This was only a minor detail.
Beef stroganoff hit home, lovely, well served, chunky chips. What more could I ask for? Prices are mid range for restaurant
Great food, very good service (cannot say what the service is like when very busy, but I'm sure it would be just as good). The establishment is nicely decorated. However, a couple more light bulbs might not go a miss, especially towards the back of the premises where it appears to be a tad dim. As with many premises along Newland Avenue parking, nearby may be difficult. However, as there is a licenced bar, one's who are drinking shouldn't be driving anyway!

Taken for birthday lunch Sunday 24th September.had the roast beef. Delicious. Large portions. Vegetables cooked to perfection. Staff friendly and efficient.
Been a while since last here and just as good as I'd remembered. Lovely staff and fantastic food. Hopefully it won't be too long before I visit again as I wanna try the beef stroganoff which my friend had 🤣 I opted for the chicken kebab and it was delicious. Well done everyone 👍

Sleepers has made a bit of a change, transforming from a trendy bar into a pleasant, table service restaurant but is this move for the best.
Having not visited since before the pandemic, Sleepers is now a restaurant serving a variety of choices and catering for Vegetarians & Vegans but it isn’t really a place for families. With only a few choices for children, such as tomato or cheese pasta, we had to pay for an adult size pizza and a side dish of garlic bread.
The rest of us were well served however, with all of enjoying our choices. The burnt end burger which I ordered was good, and the fries that came with it were first rate.
If you are looking for place for a date night treat, a get together with friends or just a good meal and a nice atmosphere, Sleepers is worth checking out.
If you have children however, this might not be the place to visit. A little on the expensive side but worth a visit for a treat.
