Bert’s Pizzeria

Came for a quiet lunch today with my partner, had two soft drinks, two number 6 pizzas, potatoes with truffle and Parmesan, dough balls with garlic butter and to finish a scoop of two different flavoured ice creams. Everything was exceptional, I’d go as far as saying the best pizza I’ve ever had. Thanks again to the chef and the kind waiting staff for a brilliant lunch.

Nipped in before going to The Deep just across the road, it was quiet but we had heard great recommendations and the food didn't dissapoint. The pizza we had was great, filling and the menu had something for everyone. Our 18 month old daughter even enjoyed tucking into the kids menu, the server was polite and attentive. We actually nipped back for an ice cream after we finished at The Deep. Which was equally as good as the pizza. We would recommend if you are in the area and looking for somewhere to eat.

This place is AMAZING! Both times I have been, I have had incredible waiters/waitresses, delicious, beautiful food, and a fab time. Highly recommend the dough balls with pesto, the wedges and the number 4 pizza…..it was literally a kaleidoscope of taste, and such fabulous staff. Greeted like a friend, spoken to with genuine warmth & just amazing service all together 🖤 Specifically Liam, Megan, Kii & the other lovely waitress who served us the gelatos today, I did not catch your name I’m sorry. Every one of you went above & beyond; thank you. The first time our leftovers box even was handwritten on! Attached are pictures from both visits. Thank you so much :)
