Good service, initially, but slid a little when it got busy, but understandable as literally every seat was filled.
The food was good, very generous portions and tasty. Value for money it was excellent. £10 for a banquet! Can't go wrong. I would definitely go again.

Having visited the Cinnamon a few times I feel it is time I posted my review!
Entering the restaurant, it's clean, comfortably lit, and has the ambiance of a fairly chill restaurant that's well kept. We were seated right away, and presented menus immediately.
There were 4 of us eating and we all chose different dishes. Everything took an appropriate amount of time, and I felt that confident that everything was being cooked fresh to order.
We had the poppadoms and pickle tray to begin with. These were fresh and crisp and very tasty.
We then had various starters including Onion Bhajis and a prawn pura. Delicious and very well presented.
The naan was piping hot and nice and fluffy in the middle and tasty on its own, or dipped into curry. the rice was tasty and cooked to perfection. Ultimately, we ate everything we ordered.
What should not go unmentioned was the service was expedient, polite, and at no point did our glasses go empty! The drink prices were very reasonable.
I have nothing negative to say about my experience.The location is convenient and in the town centre close to the bus and railway station. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed and comfortable, the service is excellent, the prices very competitive, and the quality of the food was top-notch. Without question at all, this is a place that we will be coming back to again in the future.
Really nice food, with a good selection of interesting and also more familiar dishes. Tasty house wine and draught beer. Super friendly service from Abu. Nice atmosphere and good value for money. We've been here several times now and will be back!
