West Bulls Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery

I ordered by the app for home delivery so my son and I could share a large carvery. It stated you get extra meat a sausage and 2 Yorkshire pudding We received standard meat, no sausage, and 1 Yorkshire pudding What is the point in offering a large carvery and charging for it If you only give your customers a standard We were very disappointed

Well three roasts available all fresh, moist and cooked well. Vegetables were also nice. Only grumble was that the sausages and pigs in blankets were over done - really should of said something at the time but we didn’t - it did not spoil the meal as the rest was so good. Staff were lovely on all sides especially Annie who has been there for thirty years, how she keeps smiling with kind words is amazing. We will be back. 👍

It is a really nice carvery in a modern cosy setting. The chef gave us a good portion of turkey and beef, then you help yourself to potato and veg, which is better than ordering it off a menu because you just take as much or as little of what you like the look of. All the veg was beautifully cooked, the roast potatoes perfect. It's nice that you have a choice of apple sauce, mint, horseradish, and cranberry. There's quite a choice of beer, unfortunately, no cask conditioned real ale. The staff are very nice and friendly. A good-sized car park, it's the same company as the lambwath, so it is basically the same. They are both good places and deservedly very popular. There is a dartboard but no pool table. This is a good food pub.

Me and my family visited today for out tea. Me & my partner had the large carvery, my daughter a small and my 6yr son had chicken nuggets to which he said get a 15 out of 10 been the best nuggets he's had. We had a lovely lady called Annie Buffey in our section, she was always coming to our table asking if everything was ok and if we needed anymore drinks. Wonderful service from her and the food was excellent and hot

When we were seated we had a very loud table next to us. They actually commented that they'd been asked to quieten down by the staff but had no intention of doing so. Explained to the lovely wait staff that my child has difficulty handling loud noises (ear defenders on and still too loud) and they very kindly moved us to a quieter area. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend The West Bulls.

Food was delicious and large portions. Lots to choose from on the menu and excellent prices. We were served by Anna who was very helpful and cheerful bless her she never stopped serving diners she was rushed off her feet but kept smiling. 10/10 for customer service Anna. I will be recommending West Bulls to my friends and family.
