Only thing is its difficult to get in on a scooter as the path is not wide enough at back. As i turned the corner i went into mud and found it hard to pull out or lift it out of mud. One wheel went into mud. There is stairs to front entrance and had to ring in advance to make sure the gate was open to back. There is a ramp inside to get up but would not get a large scooter up the ramp. So need eighter wheel chair or small fold up scooter might get up ramp.

After the park run we visited the Tearoom (pre-booked) the venue was clean and tidy with good and helpful staff. Also the ambiance was good. I enjoyed been submerged in local history of the venue based on youth experiences of living in the area.

Enjoyed the loveliest afternoon tea here. It's a lovely place; the staff are so friendly, the food is delicious. Highly recommended.

We went for my sister's birthday and whilst we all enjoyed it, we all said we wouldn't go again. It was nice food but not great for £16 pp. There wasn't a great amount on the plates for 3 people to share and not much of a selection of cakes. That said, what was on offer was nice. The sausage rolls were really good.

First time there and had afternoon tea, all served with coffee or tea in beautiful dainty cups and tea pots, the food presentation was lovely. Very warm and friendly greeting. Highly recommend

Exceptional afternoon tea for only £15 per head, from the freshly made sandwiches, tasty savouries (the sausage rolls were amazing) and delicious cakes and fluffy scones. Service was very friendly too. Will definitely be back. For any new customers they don't accept payment by card.

Hi sorry you didn't get my review , in November of last year my sister surprised us by taking us to the garden village cafe as the wife and myself have our birthdays in the same month we where treated to after noon tea which includes sandwiches with different fillings plus quiches of all kinds and a selection of buns along with hot drinks the staff are very helpful and friendly thanks to them all , and we would recommend it to anyone
