What a lovely building. Add in the really friendly locals as well and this was a lovely experience.
No ale on due to equipment malfunction in the cellar, but enough alternatives to whet our thirsts

Lovely old Leeds pub , worth a look for its character and the workmanship that was put into it.

Amazing architecture ,stunning interiors ,beautifully tiled walls , curved tiled bar ,glazed engraved panels all original! What a gem!

Beautiful original art nouveau pub worth a visit for the tiles and decor alone! However, once you get there you’ll also find that the staff are great, the atmosphere is friendly and the beer is good - so what’s not to like?! Used to live in Hunslet and this was my local. I still visit whenever I’m in the area and it’s always good.

An amazing pub that is so completely different from its surroundings. It's a must visit. Tiling to the front bar (Vaults) floor, etched windows, beautiful. Oh, the beer, yes Leeds Best was on. If you're in Leeds and you like traditional you MUST visit.
