Fantastic service and atmosphere - we were a table of 4 and all ordered steaks, they were cooked perfectly - thank you to the girl with dark hair who served us at the bar (I forgot to ask her name!) who was so accommodating and friendly even when I had an awkward gift card code to type in - thank you for a lovely dinner and making my birthday meal with the fam one to remember!

Went here for food and had the 2 meals for 11.49 what a great deal and the food was amazing big portions for the price deffo be going back soon and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stopped for sunday lunch recently , food was good, how they do fish and chips for £8.30 ive no idea! Partner had hunters chicken also very nice. Would definately return if in the area.

Been here a few times now and never had a complaint for the food served and price - Once again another great visit- lovely local pub and the bar staff are efficient and lovely lady who brings the meals out never too much trouble - i honestly can’t stress enough that what ppl are serving in bistro gastronomy pubs these days is exactly the same as this for a fraction of the price won’t go anywhere else

Stayed here for our anniversary , we had a great night. Live band was fantastic. Food was great value and tasted amazing. Staff were really accommodating. Locals were friendly all round Nice night. We have taken our children back since to eat in and the food again was amazing. We will be making it a regular by all accounts.

A last minute booking based on price. No complaints at all, the staff where friendly and helpful and the food good and priced well. The pub needs a touch or two of paint, but we understand this scheduled for next march. New paint does not make a pub Ambiance does. Very happy with what we had.
