Lovely looking site, great selection of beers, plenty of seating for watching the sports and friendly and helpful staff with great knowledge of beers and give lots of tasters to help you pick something perfect for your tastebuds, well that was my experience.. deffo recommend.

Beautiful decor, delicious food and all-round cosy atmosphere. Only critique is that with the booth seating, the benches are too close to the tables and can't be adjusted, so it was a little uncomfortable and difficult to get up and down.

Nice pub in the centre of town. Has a great range of beers and ales, and several options for cider. Spirit selection is very good, and the cocktails are nice without costing the earth. Regularly has retro consoles out which is great fun.
Can get pretty busy during sports events but building is great for handling a crowd, not my kind of thing but even as an outsider the atmosphere was fine and not at all offputting.
Food is very good and has vegan options, but a recent menu change has left veggie / vegan options quite limited - but can't fault those on offer. Food can be a bit expensive, but competitive with other gastropubs and better quality than the cheaper options.

They've got cosy boths, smaller tables and tables for larger groups, too. All with plenty of room.
Well worth a visit, whatever the occasion.

Nice newly furnished modern pub. Plenty of ales to choose from, prices vary depending on your beer of choice. Staff are friendly and inviting. Lunch time menu is simple but appetising and food was well cooked great flavours and prepared with pride. Price of food was similar to surrounding restaurants and fairly resonable. I'd recommend to anyone in the area for a lunchtime beer and belly full. No idea what it's like at night but looking at menu and bar selections I'm guessing it would be popular.
