We had Stacey’s 40th birthday party at the venue on Friday 15th June and I cannot rate the place highly enough.
A wonderful setting and the staff couldn’t of done more to make it a perfect night for her.
Loved the way the staff really wanted to be there dancing and laughing and joking enjoying the night.
A definite place we will have parties at again.

We held our wedding at the pumping station two weeks ago. It was absolutely amazing. The venue is perfect and Liz is fantastic. There is nothing she won't do to help and she made our day completely stress-free. Thank you so much all our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was. We would definitely recommend.
We had our wedding reception at the pumping station nearly 2 weeks ago, and I can not fault the venue or the staff at all. From start to finish Liz was just incredible, probably one of the genuinely nicest people we have met, so kind and understanding and supported us both the whole way (and was always patient with my numerous questions 😅).
When the day came, even when timings were a little off and everything was held back from the service, Liz handled everything like a pro, took charge of everything and I was able to relax and not worry about a thing. All of the staff on the night were great, so helpful and friendly.
We had so many comments about how lovely the venue was and genuinely couldn’t fault Liz and her team at all!
The venue also gave us the opportunity to have some beautiful photos inside and outside among the trees, as it has such a beautiful setting!

We went for Sunday lunch. Had the carvery followed by dessert. Nice food, very tasty. Good portion size, service was efficient and friendly. Interesting building. Did look a little tatty in some areas, cobwebs on the light fittings etc but overall a nice meal out.
We had a wedding at the Pumping station and we can’t recommend it enough. From start to finish we were made to feel special. All the staff were really friendly and easy going. Liz was awesome and super helpful and made everything super smooth. All our guests said how perfect it was. If you’re thinking about it don’t hesitate in booking. It’s perfect

Liz & her team are amazing & so accommodating and helped make our daughter & son-in-laws wedding day extra special.

Murder Mystery evening April 2023.
I bought tickets to this event for myself and my husband. The building has been beautifully renovated so the area we were sat in was lovely. The bar was very reasonable with the prices.
The characters were splendid and remained in character throughout. Even though we didn’t know the other 4 people on the table we all joined in together to interact with the actor in the table.
I really liked that we all submitted our own theories as to the guilty party and not as a table. This was great because I disagreed with my husband and then won the prize for the evening as I guessed correctly.
Will definitely go to another one! Loved it
Very nice place. Lots of seating, grass areas for kids to play, good place for weddings and good DJ music too. Nice bar, lots of drink options.
Went for a physchic night, was good. Food portions small though. Enjoyable night though
went for a friend's 50th was a beautiful place, (didn't even know it was there- just watch for the left turn! else you've gone past it) food, was lovely, staff where lovely really enjoyed ourselves
