Decent quality chain restaurant serving American style food and drinks. Impeccably clean and well presented with quick, friendly and very attentive staff and service. We only popped in for a quick snack but we were pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Decent portion size and very tasty. Would love to come back for a full meal! Highly recommended.

Went here last night & we have been plenty of times before. Food is always good and hot. Very clued up on gluten free food & cross contamination. Can defo recommend this place. Our waitress Anne, was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Served by Liz a very friendly lovely young lady who made us feel so welcome nothing too much trouble. Had lovely big full english breakfast which was well needed after a good night out with friends and family on our visit to Lincoln.

Really good place to get some American style food. Pizza is very crispy and delicious. Beef ribs are really good without BBQ sauce. Staff are very accommodating for dietary needs and they are very friendly and helpful. Staff were constantly coming by. Will definitely come back here. Blue light discount offered here. Parking is free in their carpark.

Enjoyed the food. Service was prompt. But with so few diners why can't everyone be allowed to sit where they want to rather than being shown to a table in the middle of the only two other occupied tables. I understand that this site is closing soon.

It has been a while since we last dined at one of Frankie & Benny's, the menu was great offering a variety of choices, the food was cooked well and hot. The service was excellent and very friendly.

Went for brunch, I chose eggs benedict with mushrooms, absolutely loved it, 2 lads on my table had the big breakfast and they also loved it. Would throughly recommend for brunch

Never been to this place before but definitely be going back. Friendly staff We had a very warm welcome from the very start and all the way through our meal . We had the calamari and Nashville chicken to start with I'm not that keen on the battered squid rings type but they were freshly cooked and was ok Now the Nashville chicken was really good tender chicken with a well balanced hot sauce I had the Philly cheese hot dog I ordered the footling but wish I'd hadnt as it was way to much 😁 The hot dog was full of flavor and really juicy Fries were very fresh too . Wife had steak and much the same really tastie and fresh So all in all was a pleasant experience and will definitely be going back at some point
