Chieng Gardens Chinese Cuisine

This place is super underated. I never leave reviews but I was passing through town and saw this place only had 3 stars and assumed it would be bad. I was craving some Chinese takeout so I walked in and looked around and got a good vibe. I ordered dumplings, beef and broccoli, egg rolls and wonton soup and was suprised how left it was. It’s certainly not winning any Michelin stars but it holds up with any decent Chinese food in NYC or Boston. So much better than you usually get in small rural areas like this. Having a place like this in NH is a gem and people should support this business.

My husband and I came here a 2nd time shortly after our first because we were craving Chinese food after our swim at the pool. This place is OUTSTANDING! We ordered the Triple Delight with Substitutions, Fried Dumplings, Chicken Fingers, and Beef Teriyaki, and a side of rice. Everything came out AMAZING. We highly recommend this to Locals and anyone visiting/passing through! Joe, our waiter is FANTASTIC. Thank you for such a lovely dinner!

My wife and I stopped in to have Chinese food on our vacation. Chieng Garden did NOT dissapoint. The food here was outstanding. The Host was very quick to seat us and provide us drinks. The waiter greeted us and was very pleasant. We ordered the Tangerine Triple Delight, and the Appetizer Platter with Substitutions. The waiter was quick to correct the Mistakes the Kitchen made, without needing to remind him. The horror stories written in past reviews have either been corrected, or were never true to begin with. Do not listen to these! If you decide to come here, You will not be disappointed! Have Fun!

Not sure why this place has poor reviews. The food was good, good service, and exactly what you expect from a Chinese food restaurant in a small town. The two dishes we had were very tasty and large enough portions. The crab Rangoons seemed to actually be locally made vs the generic frozen kind, and the fried rice was tasty.
