I've given Cote Liverpool 5 stars today, 22nd April 2024, primarily for the service but also for the value for money, which is important in the current economic climate. We opted for the set menu for either two or three courses, which offered really good value at £17.95.
I had the bacon salad to start with, followed by the ratatouille for my main, and then the ice cream. All simple dishes that were well prepared, the ratatouille I really enjoyed. My wife had the fish parmentier, a Cote favourite of hers.
The restaurant is well laid out with a mixture of open tables and booths.
The service was prompt, polite, and friendly. Ordering was easy, as you'd expect. Our meals all arrived together, hot and as described on the menu. The table was clean. We had a booth for the four of us.
Our meal wasn't rushed. The service was good. The staff were friendly. A nice relaxed evening. It's not exceptional but good.
Level 9 Google reviewer; 1,000 plus reviews, 1.5 million views, and over 12,000 photos with over 45 million views and still going strong 💪. Although I'm not enamoured with Google and their service at the moment 🤷🏻♂️. They're inconsistent.

It was raining when we arrived at 4.30pm so didn’t get a photo of the front…Beautiful place inside and out. Staff so lovely, place very clean and food was outstanding! Definitely worth a visit and we will definitely return.
They do add a 10% service charge just to give a heads up, but the tips are shared and the staff are great.

The food was amazing and the staff were all very friendly and helpful in suggesting local attractions. The free bottle of bubbly for my birthday was an extremely thoughtful touch. Would definitely return :)

We spent the weekend in Liverpool for my husband’s birthday and visited Cote for brunch. The food was delicious and the service super friendly. We enjoyed it so much we came back the following day for brunch. Olivia and Donna remembered us and made us feel so welcome with complimentary mimosas and lots of chat. These lovely ladies are a credit to your business.

I recently had the pleasure of dinner at Cote and I must say I had a lovely meal. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with alarm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere.
To start I had the Crab Maison it was simply divine and so fresh. I opted for the pork belly for mains and I was not disappointed. The meat was tender and the crispy crackling was delicious.
I would highly recommend Cote to anyone looking for a fantastic dinner experience

Ate here yesterday. Our waitress Olivia couldn't have been better. Food was excellent. Four women celebrating a birthday and we were in for a wonderful afternoon, from being greeted at the door by the manager to the staff saying goodbye at the end of the afternoon. Thank you Cote

We received our signing up at e-mail cocktail. That made it impossible to order menu fixe. Sea bass and duck orange were both excellent. Well attended from staff. A good bistro in Liverpool.
