A Great Coffe at a Great Location with Great, Great People!!

So first time in Liverpool and a huge Costa fan, we stopped off here to rest and refuel as we were exploring Albert Docks. It was the weekend of the Eurovision (Sunday) and Liverpool was heaving! However, there was plenty of seating, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The service was fast and spot on. The staff were really helpful when asked for directions to further locations we wanted to explore.

Nice Costa located within the Albert Dock. Prices are reasonable given the location and staff are great. Like any other Costa though, wouldn't bother with the food.

Lots of sitting area with comfortable chairs! The location is very convenient for tourists who are near Albert dock. Only issue I thought was that they need to clear the tables more frequently since we had to move cups ourselves to make space.

Dont believe all the moaners this place is great. The staff are helpful and friendly and the coffee great. It can get busy but what do you expect in such a tourist trap?

We got 1 cold brew and 1 iced latte and 2 desserts. They were delicious. We wanted a cold coffee so we came here. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a chicken and bacon toastie and a peach iced tea which were both nice and exactly what you would expect from a Costa. I didn't have to queue, or wait for long for my drink which was nice. What I really liked about this Costa was that they had lots of seating which was all spread out so it didn't feel cramped at all.
