Very nice small cafe/ tearoom right on Allerton Road. It's slightly lacking in space but the furniture is organised just right so you can get around it easily with the baby. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, always a positive. I had a delicious halloumi sandwich but there's lots more on the menu, from relatively extensive sandwich options to homemade fare and 2 different platter boards (cheese bread, olives, etc). I didn't use the playroom on this occasion but it looked like it would occupy baby well enough. Recommended overall, I will return for sure.

Lovely staff, very child friendly and a fabulous range of delicious food and drinks suitable for all meateaters/veggies and vegans. Their chipolates are really tasty. I'm pretty much a carnivore, but also tried the vegan cake because it looked nice and I loved it!

Great for people with small children, really safe (half stable doors with latch on the other side so your little can't escape!). Yummy food, adult food is spot on but they also have a great children's menu with baby led weaning suitable options. Regular cool activities such as a BAMBIS group and baby French class which we loooove. If you go you MUST try their Tiffin bars 🤤

Lovely cafe very child friendly with a number of events on. Nice play room but you can't watch the kids in it all the time unless you get a table in there. Foods better than some other child cafes and they have good veggie/vegan options

This has become my "mum" local. Great service, lovely staff that are like friends, new menu is amazing, loads of choice, meat, vegi and vegan meals and cakes. Children's pick and mix platters are brilliant. Lots of fun groups for little ones hosted here, breastfeeding friendly and supper supportive!

We went today for a kids birthday party. We were mostly in the garden as the weather was fantastic so I can't really comment on the inside bit the garden had lots of toys for the kids to play with, the food they served was great and the staff member was really attentive and lovely. I would definitely recommend going here, especially for a party.

Really child friendly with events on for toddlers. The play room is really good and there's a decent amount of thought put in to ensuring your little one doesn't "escape". Decent location and very easy to get to using public transport too.

Amazing venue - great place to meet friends, attend all sorts of classes, as well as great food and drinks. Their hot chocolates are amazing, as are their cakes - all homemade! We recently hired the venue for a party. Afternoon tea was amazing, the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We highly recommend this place. Great place for babies and children to play. Perfect!

Lovely family cafe on Allerton Road, quite unique in that it's aimed specifically at people with small children. There's a playroom separate to the cafe room with lots of toys to keep young children amused while parents have a cuppa. Also a small outside space to eat or play. Its very casual and laid back. Kids love it, my grandsons adore the peanut butter cookies always freshly made.I like the fact they always have a vegan cake option and soya milk. The food is freshly made and well presented always very tasty, larger meals, snacks and children's portions, every one is catered for.

Marmalade Skies was something completely different when it first opened. This is when myself and a few of my friends started visiting with our newborn babies. My son was 8 days old at the time. Marmalade Skies has always been able to cater to our babies needs. There are plenty of high chairs and designated spaces for them to play as they get bigger. There is also outdoor space in warmer months. The food (both savoury and sweet) is amazing and the drinks are also fantastic. No matter how old your kids are, please try Marmalade Skies. It is honestly of of the most friendly baby-centred cafes that I have been to and will always be my first choice...not just because because they don't mind how much mess your child makes! ;)
