The barista was lovely and pleasant and made a fab hot chocolate...I've had ones previously where it's been luke warm but this was nice an warm with plenty of marshmallows and cream...just what you need on a miserable rainy afternoon

Decent atmosphere, shop was clean, service was a bit slow due to lack of staff, however, they are trying their hardest. The new baristas latte art is very good and shows great potential. Will come back.

For 1 of the 4 Costa Coffees within half a mile of each other, this shop is still a good one. Parking is easy as it's located on a large retail park. However this does mean it gets very busy and the shop is surprisingly small for such a busy area so sitting in can be tricky. There are seats outside but, you know, it's winter lol. Drinks are delicious as usual and food is also very nice, but typically slightly overpriced for the food. Staff were extremely friendly and service was actually quite quick considering how busy it was.
