I did not have food. I was served by Chelsea, she was very approachable and friendly, Chelsea took my order and asked if there was anything else she could help with today. Would recommend & return again for this good service.

I have to say the breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly espescially a girl called Chelsea who was so helpful not only to me but every customer she was serving close to me .If there is an employee of the month in her job I would recommend she gets it as a valued employee….

Its 18.05 21/12/2023 the lovely assistant is on her own servicing cleaning and all with great personality and nothing too much trouble an amazing member of staff whom you are very lucky to have. As I type this two more members have turned up also very, very pleasant the UK needs to value its staff pay them more and give them the praise they are due. How they cope with delayed flights at short notice I have no idea. The staff in the Estuary Kirchen and Bar are marvellous. Take care of those you have hospitality is struggling these woman could get jobs anywhere.
