Best burger I ever had! Will be coming back soon! Not only for the burger, but almost mainly because of the fantastic staff!
Perfect burger. Could be a bit bigger but honestly when it's THAT good, you can forgive everything ! Too bad it is a tiny bit pricey when you take fries and a beverage.
I love their burgers. Whenever i travel anywhere abroad, i always eat them and wish if they can come to india. All their burgers taste good, feel free to order anything from here.

Went here, two weeks ago, and got a good burger.. Ordered its crispy pickle burger and cheeae fries. Although the crisp of the pickle was hardly felt but overall, the burger was tasty and delicious. Pity me that i didnt try its legendary shake..
Came here for lunch after a visit at the Buckingham Palace. We were craving for burgers. We ordered the Shack Stack, 2 Shack Burger, Chicken Shack and a Cheese Fries. The burgers were meaty and tasteful. I like the portabello mushroom that goes with it. Can't wait for Shake Shack to open in Manila ! I hope they'll have the same menu and quality.
This American burger fast food chain never disappoints! The meat used in the burguers is really good. The fact that you may refill your drink as many times as you like is also a plus.
The best vegan burger I ever had. I tried shakes and fries too. The food is simply amazing here. Must visit in London. I’ll surely return back.
Food is a little on the expensive side. Service is good! Interior is quite nice for a fast food restaurant. The cheesy fries were yummy! The burger was sof and oozing with cheese and sauce! The milkshake was yummy!
Visited the Shake Shack, my friend and I got the Shroom burger and Chicken burger. I personally can vouch that the Mushroom patty is amazing. This store does well as it has extremely friendly staff. However, the small dining area is a bit of an issue. It was packed at 6:30 on a Tuesday night, we ended up sharing a table with other customers.
Had the chicken burger and it was delicious. There cheesy fries were really good as well. Definitely will visit again. Staff were very friendly as well. :)
Now this is a unusual dining experience. I haven't actually sat down and eaten at Shake Shack but one item on their menu I takeaway is to die for. And that is their Peanut Butter Shake. It is so luscious I absolutely love it. It's why it definitely gets a 5 on rating.
Good place for a burger. The cheesy fries were nice, but we waited 20 minutes for food which is a bit much for fast food. The shake is good value for money, it's like dessert for at least 2 people.

Lovely food at a decent price for the quality of burger. Great place, nice atmosphere. The food was a bit slow and it wasn't too busy but it was well worth the wait. Alcohol served too.

This place rocks! We needed to eat before a theatre show and Shake Shack looked very appealing! Ordering was easy, the food was ready within 10 minutes, it was so good, the burgers were to die for and the fries were probably the best fries I've had with a burger!
The staff were amazing too, from the kitchen, front of house to the guy clearing up, they were all really happy, helpful, friendly and welcoming.
We will most definitely visit again 🙂
Chicken nugget is by far best in chain restaurants. Burger is nice, still expensive after uniday discount
We ordered cheese fries and regular fries and cheese burger and lemonade. Everything was good except lemonade but vibes are great here
Friendly staffs, delicious food, smooth order process for foreign travellers. The vegan burger is so good! Chips are also amazing. Didn't realize ketchup box was by the counter maybe a sign will be helpful.
Definitely will visit again next time in England.
Great experience. Shake shack in general is very good. I got the shack stack which always really good, but I’ve had all of their burgers in the past and you can’t go wrong (I’ve not tried and veggie burgers though!). Their fries are really good to but the cheese sauce is too rich/heavy for me personally
This particular shake shack is very clean, the staff are friendly and the service was reasonably quick.
My only criticism is, and this is regarding shake shack in general not this specific location, is the portion sizes the burger is just too small for £11. But then again they are pretty high quality ingredients so..

The cheese fries are to die for, I love them so much. The burgers and ice cream are so delicious too. They had a special of blueberry lemonade which was excellent 😋

First time trying Shake Shack and it was a good experience.
Burgers are very juicy and easy to eat.
Fries were very crispy.
The only sad point is that there is not a lot of place to sit, you might prefer to take away.
