Lovely service at this beautiful bar. Especially from Arun. He was the kindest and most attentive server we’ve had during our stay in London. Highly recommend this place if you want a drink, especially if you are staying in the hotel!

The drinks, service, and staff are as always exemplary. Personally not a fan of the refurbishment, I miss the tall chairs and cosy vibe. It was a unique cocktail bar in it's own right that you wanted to visit. Now it's just a hotel bar, spartan, with a lot less character. I suppose change was needed, but if it ain't broke...

Such an elegant calming experience. Waiting for a train and popped in for a drink and nibble. Train cancelled so had to have two drinks! Lovely staff. Very helpful and friendly especially Maria, and Arun and Sri behind the bar. Amazing …
