This morning I wasn’t feeling well and ended up fainting in this Pret. I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to make an exception this one time to give a huge thank you to one of your baristas, Ola, who was amazingly sweet from the outset and went the extra mile to look after me, including bringing me food to bring my blood sugar up, opening the fire exit so I could cool down, sitting with me while I was on the floor and regularly checking on me afterwards. Thanks once again Ola for your concern and generosity - it makes a world of difference.
