Me and my husband loved Middleat - normally when we go to a restaurant, the menu is so inaccessible to him, he will ask me to choose something he likes or identify a couple of options. Here, the menu was totally accessible - turns out it was designed by a fellow dyslexic - well done on brilliant design! The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are so generous. It's so fresh and healthy, and it's great value for money. It's a lovely, clean, calm design inside too. Highly recommend!

The name drew me in! Brilliant! The food is even better!! I went for the falafel based bowl, such a great choice. And the free hummus was just HEAVENLY! What a fabulous team and amazing find. I highly recommend. And so, so cheap too. Loved it! Will be in again next time I’m in the city. Thank you very much to Peter and team for my ace supper x

Delicious delicious delicious AND fresh AND healthy! I was staying in Kings Cross for a month before moving a little further out and I gotta say I miss my easy access to Middleat. This was the only tasty truly healthy non-chain takeout food I found in the area. Each ingredient in the bowls tasted excellent individually (including the juicy chicken!) and superb mixed together. I walked in one day to see the owner chopping up parsley for a batch of tabbouleh and I could tell that he took a lot of care and pride in the quality of his food. And in case it’s not obvious from the picture, the portions are very generous. I really hope this place sticks around a long time.

Delicious food. Easy to order - servers explained each ingredient for us. Fairly pricey but portions were large. Served in a compostable bowl.

If you feel like taking a healthy break from preservatives, meat and oil, grab an amazing fresh bowl of their tailor made salads with rice, cabbage, pita humous, tabouleh, etc: various combinations according to your taste. Absolutely great quality and value for money. They might have to work on their coffees a bit, but really the food is super!

A guy in work got one of their falafel and it looked so good, I went down and decided on a wrap when i got there. Absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced for central London. They always pack the wraps and salad so you feel full and not cheated. Highly recommended

Delicious! Falafel and meat-based salad bowls with lots of choice. Filling for a lunch, not bad value (around £6-7) and friendly staff. Portions are a good size and they don't skimp on the good stuff. Good for a quick lunch.

A unique and easy going experience ordering middle eastern food. Simple layout, food portions and decent pricing. There are space to dine in also but be quick as it can get busy with hungry and satisfied customers. Just like up, order and pay for your food whilst they give you a smile at the end.

Best falafel you can get in the area! The food is so delicious and healthy, you just have to keep coming back for more. The portions are really generous too (for some people almost too much), for a reasonable price, considering the area. I really recommend this place if you're after some delicious middle eastern food!

Super tasty and cheep food! Very reach and interesting flavours, perfect crispy and creamy ratio. Their bread is amazing! These people know what they do! The food is filling but you don't feel heavy after you eat it. If you are tired of boring, small portion lunches, this is the place to go for! I sent colleagues there and also can't wait to introduce my friends and family to Middleat and see their reactions!

I love falafel. This place is a very spot for lunch around kings cross/ st pancras. I think what makes it so tasty is the freshness of all the ingredients. The falafels are hot and crisp, the salad and trimmings are all super fresh. Staff are friendly and it's very reasonably priced. No surprise why it gets so busy around lunch time.
