Fresh, delicious, healthy salads I would happily eat daily. In fact, I often find myself craving it! The meat is melt in your mouth tasty and all the mixes of salads/veg go well together with your selected sauce. I'd recommend asking the chef for his combination suggestions. 100% recommend Walter and Monty.

If you are looking for a healthy, low-carb, high taste lunch in the City at an affordable price (between £8.5 and £11.5) and that does not compromise on the quality of the ingredients, this is the absolute go-to.
With the « Full Monty », you combine the taste of the beef picanha, the juiciness of the chicken thighs while the halloumi and sauces (especially recommend the Garlic & Feta and the Chili & Lime after having tried all of them) bring the « gourmandise » touch.
I would not say that the salads are astonishing by themselves but you still get a good variety of vegetables and carbs packed with nutrients (spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, kale, cucumber, pumpkin seeds, sweetcorn, quinoa etc.) and you can combine the options.
The inside setting of the place is sleek and elegant which does not make the take-away wait unpleasant at busy peak hours and the staff is efficient (even with a long queue, you rarely wait more than 5-10 minutes).
This hidden gem, just by the Gherkin, is definitely worth a try!
We loved W&M and used to go for years for lunch (since before covid). Now it seems the place has closed for renovation, but it's been so long that we think it might not open - would be amazing to hear if it is expected to reopen!

I really enjoyed my Full Monty box (which included beef, chicken, halloumi and a decent selection of salads). Staff were friendly and helpful. If there was anything that may be a barrier to becoming a regular, I'd say that the prices are a little on the high side for the serving size and I found some of the salads to be super salty.
Great quality meat and a lovely selection of salads. Each time I go there's a new salad to try. Staff are super friendly and always willing to let me have a little try before I buy. Will be back as always. 5*
Really tasty, high quality food. There's a good selection of sauces which you can mix and match to get some variety and althought there are 4 salads, I'd usually go for all salad.
Over the past 5 years they keep closing to reinvent themselves, however as someone who just goes there for a lunchtime take-away I have not noticed any real changes and just find it inconvenient that they randomly close for weeks at a time without much notice.
They used to swap out their salads on a weekly basis but this is no longer tha case, that said the salads they have settled on are nice.
Absolutely obsessed with this place. I never write reviews but felt compelled to because it is absolute knockout ... such cravings for the food SO so glad they are back open again!!!! yesss Walter and Monty smash it out the park everytime ... chicken and beef are melt in your mouth ridiculous paired with the garlic and feta sauce... not normal!
My favourite lunch place in the city if you are looking for a healthy but full of flavours quality meal.
The meats are of very good quality (beef, chicken and lamb) and the vegs are not your bland type but full of flavours and seasoning.
It is a very good choice if you are looking for high quality salad.
Delicious every single time - the chicken is grilled fresh right in front of you, and added to a healthy box of mixed salads and brown rice. One can add pickles/jalapenos and a wide range of sauces. First came across this on MealPal where it becomes a lot cheaper. I understand the quality is great but £7.50 for lunch for the basic chicken box is a bit steep in my opinion and that knocks a star off. Apart from that, great work, attentive staff (and cool music)!
