Loved the tempura batter. The fish tastes excellent and I liked all the options for side sauces and sprinkle seasonings. I would say having both fish and a veg tempura side is a bit heavy (for such a light batter, it can fill you up fast!). Come hungry if you go for a fish box.

Very good fish and chips with a Japanese twist. Highly recommend salmon tampura, and vege tampura as they are very crispy. Have a selection of spice to choose from for sprinkling.

Popped in on a rainy Wednesday afternoon for some lunch and was lucky enough to have the place to myself and their fish delivery had just arrived, so everything was super fresh. Ordering is straight forward as you use two iPads to choose your food and drinks and then take a seat. No waiting staff as you help yourself to the drinks in the fridge after you have paid. We had haddock and chips twice with curry and tartar sauce with nori spice on one and spicy on the other. These spice blends are also on the table and were a perfect combination with the fish. The fish is the star of the show here as its super fresh and cooked to perfection. Can't wait to go back and try something different like the monkfish cheeks or the salmon.

Lovely cosy atmosphere. Great food. Perfectly cooked fish in a light and crispy tempura batter. Love the box deal. Choose your fish, type of chip, seasoning and sauce. Tried the tempura mochi ice cream. Haven’t tasted black sesame ice cream since Asakusa. Great stuff. Expected a glutinous rice layer between ice cream and batter but didn’t notice it. As a result ice cream was starting to melt. Still worth trying.

Perfect fish and chips, would definitely come again. We got the £10 fish and chips boxes: great value and with lots of choice. We got a cod and a salmon and they were really flaky and flavoursome. The shichimi chilli mix seasoning was amazing! Then we got the homemade tartare sauce and a curry sauce - again, absolutely delicious.

The guy who met us is great, such a nice and smiley guy. Food is lovely, like a posh fish and chips with some really interesting menu items. The tempura shiitake was awesome! First people to click and collect our food!

Everything is delicious, and very filling! We got the £10 fish box and aubergine tempura and it was the perfect amount of food for two people. Generous homemade sauce portions too!

Absolutely stunning place, Japanese style fish and chips? I had never conceived of the idea but honestly Nori spiced chips should be an industry standard. Awesome service too, well worth a trot around the corner from Victoria Station for.
