This shop and café is one of my favourite place to chill and enjoy delicious treats I highly recommend. Chocolates are top notch quality and the ice creams and sundaes are delicious. The customer service at Milton Keynes branch is excellent and friendly workforce.
This was a great experience. The staff were friendly and it had a nice vibe. The ice cream was also absolutely delicious as well. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
If you haven't frequented the cafe in Hotel Chocolat, then you are missing out on a rare treat. It's the only place I go to for ice-cream which is out of this world and the hot chocolate is to die for. The staff are amazing, friendly and always have a smile and a kind word.
