Sachins Restaurant

It's no secret that Sachins is our favourite restaurant. We visited last night with friends and each couple ordered the Gourmet meal for 2 small plates (taster) menu 😋 which on Thursdays includes a bottle of house wine. Everything was absolutely delicious and we experienced dishes that we would not usually order as part of this set menu. We would recommend Sachins on any day of the week but on a Thursday with the bottle of wine included it's even greater value for money. Thanks once again to Bob and his team for another excellent meal 😋

Sachin's restaurant is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance. But it was the food that truly stole the show. Every dish was a flavor explosion, bursting with aromatic spices and fresh ingredients. The butter chicken was creamy and rich, while the vegetable biryani was packed with layers of fragrant rice and perfectly cooked veggies. Each bite transported me to the streets of India. The naan bread was soft and pillowy, the perfect accompaniment to soak up every last bit of sauce. What truly sets Sachin's apart is their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Every dish felt like it was made with love and passion. I left feeling utterly satisfied and already planning my next visit. Sachin's is a must-try for anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary experience.

It was busy and they seemed panicked. Feels like they need more staff to take food orders. They include a service charge but the service isn’t great. The food comes quickly and is pretty good - like your local takeaway. The curries don’t have a lot of curry. The salmon starter was a bit dry. The chicken tikka was juicy.
