Called into the Parlour today and what a beautiful place! Decided on the afternoon tea for a pre valentines treat and we were not disappointed. The food was beautiful, loved the place and they staff couldn’t do enough for us especially the girl with the ponytail. The place was busy and not many staff working however customer service didn’t reflect this as they couldn’t do enough for us. We were warmly welcomed, orders taken promptly, food and drinks to an excellent standard and very friendly staff! We will be back!
Had a wonderful day at the Parlour,it was our Grandaughter's wedding to the beautiful Natalie, couldn't fault the place at all,the staff,the service,were all brilliant,for a wedding there i think you really need a dry sunny day and we certainly got that,to me it was perfection from start to finish!,hats off to everyone at the parlour!!

Stunning wedding venue in a beautiful location, with lovely staff. Some great photo opportunities there.
The most stunning venue - photos really don’t do this place justice! We honestly couldn’t fault the staff, professional, approachable and friendly, throughout the whole planning stage they were there to help with absolutely everything and made me feel so at ease. The whole wedding day went seamlessly, and nothing was an issue for any of the staff members. The food was phenomenal! I couldn’t recommend this place more if I tried! Thank you to each and everyone of you at the parlour!
Attended our Godsons wedding here just over a week ago. A lovely venue with attentive staff. All the rooms were nicely set out and everything was organised to perfection.
So close to The Holiday Inn for our accommodation after the celebrations.

We had our daughters wedding Saturday 19th August and from start to finish , the staff , especially Rachel and Steve had everything organised to run smoothly , we couldn’t have done without their amazing help in every aspect. They all worked so hard to ensure that we didn’t have to deal with anything on the day. It was perfect .
The location and set up is so beautiful, so inspiring. I saw quite a few guests being overcome as they first entered the wedding venue. It truly was spectacular.
The venue was set up and dressed exactly as discussed. It was amazing , magical , definitely exceeded our expectations.
Every food choice was magnificent from starters to sweets , they catered for vegetarians and vegan as well. First class fizz, wines , canapés and night time snacks.Great in-house DJ and the band was fab.
Accommodation was perfect, catering for the children with guest beds as requested.
Breakfast the next morning was very relaxed after all the stress the previous day and handled discreetly with the minimum of fuss so that as a family we had some special quiet time.
All gifts and personal effects had been safely gathered up from the night before and neatly stacked together. This was done
with the minimum of fuss and was much appreciated.
I can’t really express how grateful I am for all the help on the day , huge thanks as well to all the staff that brought it together from those preparing our meals and serving drinks and food right through to front of house . A special thank you to Jane from Birdcage and Butterflies who worked tirelessly to decorate the venue with some very special details and then made it all disappear without fuss the next day .

Attended a friend's wedding, it was a lovely place to be with attentive staff, a bit too attentive sometimes as they'd take your drink before you were finished! And the drinks are NOT cheap!
All in all nice clean venue.
We went here for my partners great grandma's birthday, the venue is a beautiful little place with various private cabins. The buffet was extremly good with a selection of quality sandwiches, pies, and pastries both savoury and sweet. The prices at the bar were quite high but then I'd expect that at venue like this, staff were friendly and standards of service were high, well looked after I thought 👍
Go every time I’m up home visiting parents. Good coffee and breakfast. Usually get the poached eggs and salmon on brown bread. For the two of us it comes in around £16. Always busy for lunch, recommend booking. Also, they’re catering more towards weddings nowadays so call before hand to see if they’re open to general public. Accessibility is good with paving slabs leading up to the main building, not sure about the toilet.

Fabulous place which is well looked after.
Food was delicious and staff super friendly. They certainly knew their stuff and worked well under pressure.
Drinks were expensive but what you would expect from a wedding venue.
Outdoor area is under shelter with loads of fire pits for a colder night.
Only downside was that the bride and groom got married outside and due to traffic noise nobody could hear the ceremony. They need to look at investing in mics.
Overall great venue if you are looking for a smaller wedding.
