Came on the last day of the Eat out to help out promotion. Restaurant was very busy but still received good, friendly service. Great food especially the mixed grill starter. Only issue was that the online booking did not work and had to confirm by telephone. No great problem. Recommended especially the family naan bread.

The food was juicy, flavourful and well priced. I think there could have a been a hit more chilly in some of the dishes, but only because i like my chicken tikka spicy.
The staff didnt come back for our main meal plates, so were still there when the dessert came out, which was annoying, but they were busy and didnt seem to have a lot of people on the floor.
It was well priced and would go again.

Lovely food, nice ambiance, and friendly staff. We had a bhuna prawn started, a chicken korma, and their special Balti, and all were delicious, and definitely ample portions. I didn't notice it initially, but they also do a few pretty reasonably-priced cocktails, with all at £5. I won't hesitate to go back :)

I had an absolutely amazing meal last night.
The setting for the restaurant is both modern and moody, a great setting to eat in.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the service was efficient and faultless .
I would definitely eat here again if I am in the area.

Easily the best Indian restaurant in Newcastle! The wait staff who served us (Krishna and KD) were very friendly and offered brilliant service as was the owner. All of the food we ordered came quickly and was cooked to a very high standard. Looking forward to going back soon!

I've eaten here many times and it's always been excellent. Friendly, professional service and incredible dishes! I'm a particular fan of a chicken or lamb handi after enjoying one of their excellent pickle trays and, if I'm hungry a mixed grill too!

First time visiting. Good selection of starters, some of which are a bit different to other restaurants. They offer several harder to find dishes such as nihari although they are not available all the time as we found on the night we went. Portion sizes are generous, mains were good, plenty of well cooked meat in various dishes, although not much hot spices even in dishes described as such. Naans and rice were again - pretty plentiful.

The service was mostly good and I had a nice table . The food was lovely, very tasty starter and main course and a soft drink. Staff polite and efficient and pleasant. The background music was nice.
There was some banging like building work noises that could be heard.
With the bill they initially gave me a bill including two of my starter and two of my main course. They then corrected it and correctly applied the 50% eat out to help out reduction.
