I was in here yesterday with my daughter and granddaughter and the server Jamie went above and beyond for us my granddaughter has a baby chino in a sit in mug which she isn't used to and Jamie switched it to a to go cup for her not a lot for most people but meant the world to her 💜

Out of all there shops this one is probably best as it's the only Costa shop that offers pepper in wee sachets all the other ones don't stock them but the one in RVI does ...

I just want to say how lovely the staff member with the short brown pixie with glasses is, I don’t know their name but they were lovely- complemented my earrings and then when they were out of my drink they gave me time to decide an alternative, answered my questions and told me they’d remake it if I didn’t like it. Wonderful staff member, highlight of my day!

Visited today and my mam spilt her coffee everywhere by accident on the outside table, the staff were absolutely amazing! Cleared everything up even when I was constantly offering to help they just cleared everything up with a lovely friendly sympathetic attitude, made my mum a new coffee free of charge and directed her to the toilet where she was able to tidy herself up ... Honestly couldn't wish for better service 5☆s

It's great in that bay area having a comfy seat and a posh expensive coffee. It over priced sticky sugary nonsense but self indulgence is a treat. The staf are on the least the company can get away with paying. If you're up for that or vote Tory and don't care. Then fill your boots indulge yourself. I go every now and again it's about the second time in five years I've been in one. Just to remind myself how much better off I am with the Gregg's app. Supporting a North East business.

Love this Costa Coffee, the staff is always friendly, gives amazing customer service and makes perfect coffee for the day. Much better than Costa on St Mary’s st. Shout out to the manager who can recruit the right staff and team.
