Really friendly young manager who was great fun and accommodating and lovely bar staff who helped us out. Great range of beers and Guinness poured to perfection so we could play Guinness golf 😀. Lovely decor and atmosphere. We were too late to order food - apologies for the mess left on the table.😞.

We were looking for a bite to eat and a nice relaxing atmosphere to enjoy on a cold Saturday afternoon and we weren’t disappointed.
We both had the double cheese and bacon burger and shared a cheesy garlic bread. The burgers were fresh and were definitely not from frozen, the bacon was the same. The chips were fantastic and fried fresh.
A lovely pint of Guinness too, all at a very reasonable £34 for both us including a drink. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic place for a drink with lots of amenities and fast food places near by. Small car park. Excellent selection of alcohol. Clean venue and friendly staff. Quiz is on every Thursday though in my opinion it is catered for the over 40/50s, still really good fun.
It has recently been renovated so it looks even better than it did before. Definitely recommend.

I have visited this place twice and on each occasion it's been outstanding. Very clean and roomy excellent food wide variety of drinks. The staff were outstanding and made me feel very welcome. Table service was outstanding. Highly recommended

Had a lovely day at the hand Post on Sunday for my nans 70th birthday. Stunning Sunday lunch everything you could ask for including all the trimmings. Was a lovely family friendly pub and will definitely be visiting this establishment again soon. Very good prices and grate food also very clean and tidy 5 star review. X
