Medina Quay Beefeater

If I owned a top-class restaurant I would be poaching your entire staff, from cooks/chefs to the kitchen porters. I have a Sunday breakfast most weeks, apart from evening dinner regularly. I am most impressed by your floor staff. The welcome and service cannot be improved upon, especially a greeter/ server who I believe is called Kelly. Kelly will always bend over backwards to ensure one is satisfied. Thank you.

We visit Medina Quay at least once maybe twice a month, we really like the staff as they're always really welcoming and friendly, and we like the view of the river from the table. Last night we had Sabrina as our server, (we'd known her previously for working at the local Wetherspoons) she was extremely friendly, very attentive and very quick to serve us, looking forward to going back again soon. Nearly forgot to mention the food! We always have the calamari for a starter and we had Salmon and the new double crunch burger, it was delicious! Cheers everyone at Medina Quay

Have now visited this restaurant several times and have always had a super experience,the food is always high quality and served quickly,the location is stunning, and the staff are always kind,courteous,and happy to serve you. Overall this restaurant is very very good indeed and the staff provide a great relaxing atmosphere to enjoy good food and drink at reasonable prices.

We have eaten here twice in 2 days. We are on holiday with a group of adults with learning disabilities. We have the BeefEater the heads up that we were coming and we had additional needs, all I can say is Wow!! We had wonderfully kind and patient staff who really could not do enough for us. We were able to order off menu for one of the gentleman with us and this really made a difference to his whole evening. On the whole a lovely visit and a great experience for the people we were supporting 5*

Near Newport , Isle of wight premier inn. Clean and tidy, even during busy periods. Staff helpful and efficient. We have breakfast here and have never had a bad experience. Food always hot and cooked to perfection. Continental is fresh and they offer a good selection. Recommend booking during busy periods. Register number plate on arrival in restaurant for car park to avoid parking ticket.

We are staying at the Premier Inn next door and enjoying delicious breakfasts and evening meals at the Beefeater Medina Quay. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always check for any allergies and that our orders are correct. We have been served by both Charlott and Aggie who couldn't have been nicer and so accommodating with our party of 10 including children. The menu (including the children's menu) has lots of options and the portion size is good. Many thanks for all your help!
