Great place to visit, 3 shops all in one location! The garden centre is awesome. So much there. A cafe too and restrooms. Food is amazing. So many odd little bits to look through and pick up. The aquarium was brilliant to. Unexpected fish and you can feed them for only £1.
Would highly recommend
Plenty to see here. Caters for your gardening needs, plants and furniture. Also inside there's a food hall selling all sorts including frozen food, patisseries and I must say some great curry sauces in jars. There is quite a big area selling decent women's clothes though I didn't notice a men's section. And another area for your Xmas needs. Lastly there's a cafe inside but we've never partaken.
What a fantastic find - lots of brilliant local produced products- meat, fish local cheese. An amazing bread and bakery stall - with outstanding homemade marmalade and jams - stocked up until next visit. Theres a local fruit and vegetable stall. Non food stall include fabrics, antiques and charity stalls. If you are in the area and looking for food - for fresh local products, including gin! Pop in here - I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!
Very nice garden centre, average prices. I went to the restaurant and I must say its really nice, food is a bit pricey but full of flavour and gluten free options, deli chef was a really nice helpful man, waitresses were nice and knowledgeable.
The barrister made an excellent chai latte.
The only issue was the lady on the till who made several mistakes and got the salad order wrong . Gluten-free for a celiac is a necessity, not a choice. I would definitely come back.
The gluten-free options were more than most offer.
Restaurant quick to respond to concerns, and I would happily recommend a visit.
Really nice place .. Well, it's worth a visit .food was absolutely lovely, well priced .. had a little bit of a wait for the food to arrive .I will definitely be going back
Often use the restaurant at this garden centre. Very spacious, can get busy. Car parking at busy times tricky. Staff are well organised and friendly. Well laid out in the pastry and cake section. One of the best in the blue diamond groups restaurant.

A lovely and interesting environment.
We had lunch, disappointing salad as half of it was cucumber 😔, I had to pick it all out! not a great idea for older people 😲 as it's very difficult to digest
Cheesy chips were lovely
It was a nice garden centre and it was dog friendly too.
The staff were nice and friendly too and they did sell some good stuff in there.
It is good if you want to drive out anywhere and i would reccommend it as it is worth a visit there.
Great range of products, friendly staff and fantastic food offerings in the restaurant. More than your typical garden centre cafe. Gorgeous salads and meals with the most varied range of cakes I've ever seen!
I'd almost given up hope of finding a large independent garden centre close to our new home. Well I ventured out again today and I'm pleasantly surprised.
This is a good sized independent garden centre with a café, plus Edinburgh Woollen Mill, gifts, The Works, Regatta and mens & womens shoes, plus everything you need for your garden.
As it was almost 10.30 and I'd eaten a light yogurt breakfast at 5.45, I decided to visit the restaurant/café. I ordered Eggs Benedict and WOW was it good. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the bacon was so tasty, great supplier. Then the Hollandaise sauce, whoever they have in the kitchen, can cook. The sauce was rich and buttery, yet retained a lightness, with just enough lemon to cut through the richness, delicious.
I will be returning.
