I thought the food was so lovely.. being on a diet made me feel like I could pick from the menu without being limited.. the frozen fat free yoghurt wow!! It was like having a Mr Whippy �.. I will say I wish we had realised it wasn't table service as sat there for half an hour waiting for the waiter to take our order � I definitely will be coming again...!! ��
Food’s always amazing...it’s Nando’s. Seemed a little under staffed but i’m a manager myself these days happen and if you’ve got a good enough team they can handle it! These guys did, bit slow to get seated but food was mega fast! Great friendly service from all the staff too.
Went there for the first time ever. Not knowing what to expect, I asked a few questions about their food and sauces, but unfortunately, there was little to no experience with explanation about their products, chicken was not breast it was from the thighs so wasn't a good quality choice. Gonna say the atmosphere wasn't too bad. Employees just need to be able to explain more about their products.
First time going to Nando's yesterday and I enjoyed it. Service was quick, staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I had the lemon & herb butterfly chicken, spicy rice and chips. Portion size was good too. Will definitely come back again
I love Nando's , you can order from the app and gain rewards for more spicy chicken goodness. Once you enter a pleasant staff member will get your details and let you know of any wait time ,if it's busy and 30-40 min wait then they will take details and the app can let you know when to arrive (normally quicker than estimate). Quiet times or getting there just before they open results in getting seated very quickly.
Once seated you have a table number and either through the app or going to the till you and order remove or add parts of meals and decide of the heat of the dish meat or veg . A short while later a fresh delicious meal will arrive , the ambient music is topical Portuguese music that can cause a bit of bum dancing and shoulder bopping try to resist it . SPICY CHICKEN GOODNESS what's not to love .

Went on Friday evening and even though it was very busy only had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Food was surprisingly quick, well cooked and very friendly staff. Table etc all clean
Can get very busy. But has got a good seating capacity and friendly staff. Food is great a big fan of their sauces.
Best Nando's setting in Norwich ,far nicer venue than the Riverside location.

We visit sometimes as a family (normally after a day trip and can't face cooking/washing up). Always well looked after and the food is as expected. Well cooked, piping hot.
Chicken is amazing as always, the sauces make the big difference. Service is fast and also quite easy. Prices are not that high either.
What can I say it's a Nandos. Always good. But for whatever reason, you've never been as you've been under a rock dead easy to order. Get your table. Remember the number go to the till order or use the app. If you have a blue light card, etc. you can use it too.
