The Soulville Steakhouse

Delicious food, great value for money. Good service and music too. I had the homemade tomato & basil soup for starter and my sister had the breaded mushrooms. For my main I had the 6oz rump steak with chips and a stilton, cream & white wine sauce. My sister had the ribs with chips. All courses were off the 1, 2 or 3 course menu.

I’ve been a few times and the food is the best I’ve ever had in Notts when it comes to steak. However the service alone for my mums birthday was second to none. I nearly ruined her cake and they sorted it they carried it up another floor without it dropping. Separated our bills by taking our names, looked after my little nephew after boredom struck. I could not fault them if I wanted to. It made her birthday so so special and it was a big one as well!

Always visit Soulville Steakhouse, and our feeling for this place has never changed the food / service and atmosphere is outstanding and the staff are always welcoming and kind. Such a great place to have in Nottingham (they have a Chesterfield restaurant too). The food is always cooked piping hot and tasty, we've been more times than I can remember, Valentines/Christmas/Mother's Day/ When family come to visit or just popping in for good food. Approx 25 of us went for lunch today Christmas eve. We had pre-ordered our choices. The staff were excellent, the meals were served promptly and together, they called our names out when they brought the dishes. The meals were served hot and I must say that is probably the first time in a long while that I ordered my steak rare and it was served perfectly. When I was working we used to go there regularly for birthdays etc. but it has been a while since I have been there but after today's experience I will make sure I visit again in the near future. Many thanks to the staff for their excellent service and friendliness. After 50 plus years in the trade I am fairly critical of dining experiences but I must say this was one of the best.

What a great place great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff, we had the ribs and grill ans it was one of the best steaks I've ever had great with the garlic butter plus lovely ribs with great BBQ sauce great chunky chips too we both enjoyed our meal I went for pudding as well and had the apple crumble with plenty of custard was very nice too, overall great experience

Went for lunch. Chose from their special offer choices. Two courses £14.90 The food was good for the price. Staff were really nice although food took a little while to come out. Recommend for a nice steak at very good value. Didn't have time for dessert, but it was only another £3.00 if we did. Review helpful like 👍 follow thanks
