So many whisky’s to try when we return. We called in for a quick drink but ended up staying for a Sunday roast and whisky and really enjoyed it.
Great pub just a short walk from the city centre.
Dog friendly too, which is always a bonus.

Service was excellent, friendly and efficient staff. Lovely atmosphere, not too long a wait for food and the food was excellent. Looks cleaner and fresher. The only down side to the visit…… there was only one clean toilet out of the three …

Am old old-fashioned pub that serves real ale rather than your mainstream rubbish drinks, go for the beer not fancy decor, friendly staff and landlord, parking on the road in front as a cost of free parking on the road after a certain time …
